Welcome to the Aggravated Garden

I’m sure you’re wondering why aggravated, why are they so mad? Well have you seen the state of the planet right now? It’s horrible! They are plants for goodness sake of course they are mad. I sure would. 

Welcome to this little world I’m creating with my little plant dudes. I guess my idea behind this is that cute things can be filled with rage. I started these drawings on a page that I named stop calling me cute on instagram. Ironically, everything on there is very cute. I chose this phrase because I found that people used this towards me in a demeaning way. It was often used to put me down when I was angry, or not take me seriously when I’m trying too. People often judge people by their appearances and treat them accordingly. There’s nothing more frustrating than constantly being brushed off and not taken seriously until you blow up. So I created these little dudes. Sometimes they have cute faces and sometimes they have angry and uninterested faces. A whole range of emotions. So far most people stop and think twice before referring to these creatures as cute. Especially when they are sporting an angry face.

These characters will continue to grow in numbers. They will also continue to rage until things start to change!

Key notes about the characters:

You may notice that I use gendered terms like boi’s, dudes etc.. These  terms are not gendered. Although they may be commonly used to identify male gender, that's not the case here. All gendered terms are neutral, because they are plants. Plants do not have gender. So please note these characters and non gendered beings who are just chilling enjoying life. Gender is kinda a human thing anyway.
